Not to toot my own horn, but I was reminded of this just this past week when I lost Cedric Benson and Michael Turner. I needed some running backs and picked up Justin Forsett and Bernard Scott. At first I wanted to start Forsett over Scott but later realized that Scott was the better player for my private league because of his matchup. Hopefully, your team won't come down to decisions like that but every once in awhile your challenged with making those kinds of decisions Thankfully, for my team that decision worked out. Below we have our top border line players at different positions that are worth starting and worth sitting for the 12th week of the NFL fantasy football season. In a speech to the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, Tillersonoutlined the energy challenge facing America and the world: global energy demandis expected to be 35 percent higher in 2030 than it was in 2005 despite thecurrent economic slowdown, efficiency improvements and growth in alternativeenergy sources such as wind and solar. Providing energy to meet that demand, which is driven by economic expansionlargely in developing countries, while protecting the environment will requiredevelopment of all viable sources of energy and multiple technologybreakthroughs, he said.
